How can I subscribe to the forum?

Fill in the form with your data by clicking on the "JOIN" and "PARTICIPATE" buttons. You will receive a confirmation email and then the link and instructions to participate. Please check that you have entered a valid and correct e-mail address and that the contents have not been sent to the SPAM folder.

Do I need any specific tools to participate in the forum?

All you need is a device with an internet connection, a speaker or headphones to listen to the speaker. You can interact via the integrated chat. To enjoy the course, you can use the desktop app on your Windows or Mac computer, access it through the Google Chrome browser to participate online, or even follow the course on the move using your iOS, Android or Windows Phone device.

Is it possible to ask questions during the webinar?

During the webinar, you can write your questions by sending an email to microbiome@biorep.it . The speakers will try to answer during the panel discussion to a single question or by grouping several questions by topic.

How is my privacy protected?

Your medical and personal data is safe at all stages. Your data is stored securely on certified servers located within the European Union.

How can I access the Webinar if I deleted the confirmation and reminder emails?

You can receive your login credentials again by sending an email request to microbiome@biorep.it . For further information or for troubleshooting not covered in the FAQs above, please write to microbiome@biorep.it .

Why didn't I receive the confirmation e-mail?

Sometimes the e-mail may end up in your spam folder. You should check this folder and if you cannot retrieve the e-mail, write to microbiome@biorep.it .

Why doesn't my link work?

Please check first of all that you have all the system requirements and above all that your version of Adobe^® Flash^® Player is up to date. Sometimes some browsers can still give connection problems. If you are using Internet Explorer try opening the link with Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

A commitment prevents me from attending: will the event be recorded?

The event will be recorded but will not be available immediately. We recommend that you participate in the live broadcast to have the opportunity to receive the answers from the speakers and enjoy the event.

Will I receive a certificate of participation? How?

You can request a certificate of attendance by sending an email to microbiome@biorep.it , indicating the email address used for the Webinar and your name.

Is the invitation personal or can I forward it to third parties?

You can freely forward the invitation to your contacts.

Will there be translation of the speeches?

An Italian-English and English-Italian simultaneous translation service is provided.

What is the deadline for registration?

Registration for the Forum will end on Tuesday 17 May 2022 at midnight. We will not be able to accept registrations on the day of the event.
